DualFrameCam is an iOS app built by Okie Concepts, LLC ("we," "us"). This page explains what the app does with your data — in short: almost nothing leaves your device.
DualFrameCam uses your iPhone's camera to record a normal portrait video and, at the same time, a second landscape-aspect video sampled from a horizontal band you position on screen. Both videos are generated from footage captured live on your device while the app is open and recording.
You can review or revoke any of these at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera / Microphone / Photos.
We don't collect any. DualFrameCam does not create accounts, does not use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, does not include advertising or tracking technology, and does not send your recordings, camera feed, or any other personal data to us or to any third party. There are no servers involved — the app has no backend.
Video files are saved locally on your device — in the app's own storage, and in your Photos library if you choose to save them there. We never see or have access to these files. Deleting the app or the videos removes them from your device; we hold no copies anywhere.
DualFrameCam does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information at all.
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds a feature that does collect or transmit data — we'll update this page and revise the date above.
